The Toronto Carnival Run is a Caribbean inspired run to encourage health, wellness, and active living. It takes place downtown Toronto along the Martin Goodman Trail. This time of year will give runners a beautiful view of Lake Ontario with a feeling of the island morning breeze. Enjoy this fast, flat course!
DO I HAVE TO RUN? I'VE GOT BAD KNEES!!!
Not at all. You can run, walk, and/or boogie down the trail. Just enjoy the experience!
IS THE RACE CHIP-TIMED?
Yes, the Toronto Carnival Run is a fully Accredited and Chip-Timed race. Your bib is embedded with a chip to calculate your net time for accurate race results. Your results will be available as soon as your cross the finish line at the Finish Line and online at http://www.enfieldtiming.com/results/.

There are some aspects of race day that no amount of speedwork can prepare you for. Dodging gel packs and water cups comes to mind. But there's also a right and wrong way to race with a friend, slow down for walk breaks, and, yes, wear the race shirt and medal.
